経歴

昨年度まで、17年間高等学校情報科の教員、5年間数学科の教員を務めました。
私の教え子たちは文書作成と表計算検定で2級を全員合格しています。
プログラミング教育ではExcel VBA・マクロやPythonを指導してきました。
数学では看護学校を考える生徒に対して数学を学ばせ多くの生徒が合格を勝ち取りました。
他入試で色々な地方ですが国立大学の合格者も排出しています。

現在の活動

現在、母の介護をしながらクラウドワークスで単発の仕事をしています。
以下のような業務を行ってきました：

Excelやスプレッドシートのマクロ・VBA・GAS

  • VBAやGASマクロでのChrome操作
  • Excel95マクロをExcel2016マクロに移植
  • 株価の上昇・降下率によるアラート設定と30秒毎のシート更新
  • 楽天市場のCSVファイルアップロード

営業シート関連などプログラミング以外

  • 手書きの日誌をExcelデータ化（16項目300枚）
  • PDFの手書きの入試問題解説をGoogleドキュメント化し、数式エディタを利用したデータ化
  • 企業や店舗の電話番号検索とスプレッドシート入力
  • 60,000文字のレシートPDFをデータ化
  • Web表示されている表をスプレッドシートに転記し、PDFやJPEGに保存
  • Octoparse 8を使用したスクレイピング
  • 役所資料作成
  • VLOOKUPを使用した情報操作

Career

Until last year, I worked as a high school teacher for 17 years in the Information Department and 5 years in the Mathematics Department. I successfully guided all my students to pass the Level 2 certification in document creation and spreadsheet skills. In programming education, I taught Excel VBA, macros, and Python.

Since last year, while taking care of my mother, I have been working on freelance projects through CrowdWorks. I have delivered various tasks involving Excel and Google Sheets macros, such as:

  • Automating Chrome operations using VBA and GAS macros
  • Migrating Excel 95 macros to Excel 2016
  • Setting up stock price alert systems and updating sheets every 30 seconds
  • Uploading CSV files to Rakuten Ichiba

In terms of business sheets, I have handled tasks such as:

  • Converting handwritten daily logs in PDFs to Excel data (16 items, 300 sheets)
  • Digitizing handwritten entrance exam explanations in PDFs using Google Documents with the equation editor
  • Searching for and entering the head office phone numbers of companies and stores into spreadsheets, and noting reasons if the numbers are not listed
  • Converting 60,000 characters of receipt PDFs into data
  • Transcribing tables displayed on websites into spreadsheets, then saving them as PDFs or JPEGs
  • Using Octoparse 8 for web scraping
  • Preparing government documents
  • Manipulating information using Excel VLOOKUP functions

This year, in addition to CrowdWorks, I have also registered with Lancers for project packages.
